All tent rental fees are up front and non-refundable

All meals and beer kegs are subject to 7.8% sales tax and a 20% service fee. Gratuity for bartenders and servers is not included in our service fee. Tent rental fee and 50% food deposit are due when event contract is signed. Final meal count is due no later than one week before the event. A credit card must be on file for final payment.

Entertainment is only permitted in the tent, and only during days/hours that we do not have outdoor live music. Due to noise ordinances, DJ and live music can only be played until 10pm. No inappropriate music please, we are a family friendly restaurant.
